Synopsis: Orex underwent a 5:1 rollback in October 2010 prior to anouncing an agreement to acquire the Swedish non-iron projects of Northland Resources for $5-million (U.S.) in cash over two years, and $3.5-million (U.S.) worth of Orex shares to be issued over a period of four years from signing of the final agreement. Orex has also guaranteed that a minimum $3-million (U.S.) will be spent on the projects in the first two years. In addition, the company has an epithermal silver project in Mexico where it has pooled its claims with neighbor Fresnillo, with Fresnillo earning 70% in the combined ground by spending $21 million towards completing a PFS.
